Every Vaidra policy in one place. These documents cover vaidra.care, Vaidra Platform (the consult workspace), and Vaidra EMR (hospital operations, in early access). Hospitals that need a signed order form or data processing agreement can contact us.

Which policies apply to you
- Clinicians and hospital staff: Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
- Hospital and clinic administrators: the documents above, plus Security, Subprocessors, and Pricing. Ask us for a data processing agreement.
- Patients and families: Vaidra does not hold patient accounts. Your hospital or clinic controls your record, so contact them first. Our Privacy Policy explains how we support them.
