Vaidra ("we", "us") operates vaidra.care. This policy explains what we collect when you browse our site or request a demo.
Information we collect
When you schedule a demo through Calendly, Calendly collects the contact and scheduling details you provide. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent) necessary to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
We use demo-booking details solely to schedule a walkthrough and follow up about a potential pilot. Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, when enabled) helps us understand aggregate traffic and how visitors use our site. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain demo inquiries for as long as needed to manage the sales conversation and our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymize them when no longer required.
Sharing
Calendly processes demo-booking details on our behalf. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process usage data when analytics is enabled; see Google's and Microsoft's privacy policies. Infrastructure providers that host our site may process technical data as subprocessors under our instructions.
