Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all paid plans and one-time charges for Vaidra AI purchased through our website, payment gateway, or invoice. Free and trial allowances are not paid products and have no refund. Hospital order forms may set different terms; the order form prevails.

All sales are final. Once a payment is successfully completed, there is no refund window — fees are non-refundable from the moment of successful payment, including unused consult allowance remaining in the billing period.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, store credit, or partial refunds for change of mind, under-utilisation, or mid-period cancellation.

Refund mode: not applicable for successful purchases — VAIDRA does not issue refunds for paid plans.

If a charge fails, is duplicated by the payment gateway, or is reversed because payment authorisation did not complete, any amount that must be returned is credited only to the original payment method (card / UPI / net banking used at checkout). That reversal typically reflects in 5–21 business days, depending on the bank.

Nothing in this policy limits remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where a statute requires a refund, we will process it to the original payment method within the timelines that law or the payment provider require.
