This website is operated by VAIDRA. Vaidra AI is a digital software service. We do not ship physical goods. This page states how and when access is delivered.
No physical shipping
There is no courier, packaging, or physical delivery. International physical shipping does not apply. Service is provided online via vaidra.care, Vaidra Platform, and Vaidra EMR.
Delivery duration
After successful payment confirmation, plan access is activated digitally — typically immediately, and in any case within 24 hours.
Vaidra EMR onboarding (configuring units, workflows, and staff) follows the timeline in the hospital order form.
You sign in with your account credentials to use the Service. No separate shipment tracking number is issued.
Service region
The Service is offered primarily for clinicians and organisations in India. Availability outside India may be limited and is confirmed at purchase or pilot kickoff.
