Cancellation Policy

Email hello@vaidra.care from your registered account email with the subject “Cancel subscription”, or use Contact Us. You may also call +91 91801 77098. Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST, excluding public holidays.

We confirm cancellation by email, usually within 2 business days. Hospital contracts follow the notice period in the order form.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (the month already paid for). You keep access to the plan features until that period ends.

There is no separate notice period beyond cancelling before the next renewal. If you cancel after a renewal payment has already succeeded, that period remains active until it ends; it is not refunded.

Free and trial plans end when the allowance or trial window expires, or when you ask us to close the account.

Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the current or past periods. See the Return & Refund Policy.

After access ends, we retain or delete account and clinical data as described in the Privacy Policy and the 30-day wind-down in the Terms of Service. Contact us if you need an export before the period ends.
