Vaidra Platform is the consult workspace for clinicians: ambient capture, diarized transcript, working differential, structured notes, prescriptions, patient summaries, and encounter chat. Vaidra EMR is the hospital operations workspace: bed board, admissions and stays, transfers and discharges, work queues, units, beds and clinical equipment, workflows, duty rosters, price lists, and payer messaging (Early access). The clinician or authorised staff member reviews before anything commits. It is software for healthcare professionals — not a medical device and not a replacement for clinical judgment.

Listed monthly prices:

• Pulse — ₹0 / month. Free clinical documentation to get started. Includes 10 consultations per month and 1 clinical seat.
• Scribe — ₹1,499 / month. Solo practice documentation. Includes 150 consultations per month and 1 clinical seat.
• Practice — ₹3,999 / month. Growing clinic documentation. Includes 500 consultations per month and 1 clinical seat (with a small grace buffer when the allowance is exhausted).
• Clinic — ₹12,999 / month. Multi-doctor clinic documentation. Includes 2,000 consultations per month and up to 5 clinical seats.
• Institute — Custom pricing (quote on request). Hospital or group allowance, seats, and overage terms agreed in writing.
• Vaidra EMR — hospital pricing on request (Institute or separate order form).

Taxes (including GST, if applicable) may be added as required by law. A time-limited trial may be offered separately at no charge.

Paid plans are charged in INR by invoice, or through our payment partner (PayU) once online payment is enabled. Successful payment activates or renews the plan for the billing period.

Fees are non-refundable as stated in the Return & Refund Policy. Cancellation is described in the Cancellation Policy. Digital delivery timing is in the Shipping Policy.
