Speech recognition, differentials, drafts, and chat are suggestions. They are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a care plan until you review them. You stay the clinician of record.

Tell the patient, and anyone else who may be captured, before recording starts, unless a lawful exception applies. Do not use ambient capture as a substitute for that notice.

Read the note, orders, and prescriptions before you commit, print, or share them. Correct anything the model got wrong. Do not treat Vaidra as your only allergy, interaction, or dosing check.
